In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our channel partners to drive revenue growth and increase market share.   1. Develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  2. Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand our reach and market presence.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  4. Proactively seek out and pursue new business opportunities with channel partners.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to channel partners.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
  7. Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with channel partners.
  9. Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell our products and services.
  10. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential channel partners.
  12. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in the market to inform sales strategies and plans.
  13. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and performance.
  14. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement joint marketing campaigns and initiatives with channel partners.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Adobe, promoting our values and culture to channel partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Channel Sales Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue Growth Through Channel Partnerships And Managing Channel Relationships.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sales Processes And Techniques, As Well As Experience In Creating And Executing Sales Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Strong Relationships With Channel Partners.
