Business Process & Change Analyst

You will be a coach and mentor for functional change agents and managers leading the people side of change, bringing your experience and expertise to develop and be responsible for execution of project specific change strategies, change management and training plans. Leading successful business user acceptance testing is another strength you'll need, from pre-planning through to execution and launch. You will have a good understanding of the end-to-end business processes to assess testing scope, identify, onboard and train testers as well as anticipate and manage risk. During execution, you will be the conduit between business and IT, managing bug resolution and escalation, supporting users and preparing daily status reports. You may also partner with and facilitate multi-functional project teams to analyze business processes to identify, document and drive policy, process and system improvements, defining the end state vision for new or acquired business models and leading projects to implement recommendations.
