Job Description

The Adobe Senior Business Solutions Analyst (Sr. BSA) will be joining a group of exceptional engineers in CloudTech, implementing Gainsight CSM (Customer Success Management) and CRM (Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics) solutions for our Global Sales and Customer Success teams! Business requirements capturing and process analysis: detailing current and desired/future state business processes, identifying gaps, outlining impacts, and ensuring solutions and capabilities meet business needs and requirements Maintains and continuously improves Enterprise Renewal processes enabled by Microsoft Dynamics, and related sales and marketing enterprise applications. Implement process improvements and automation to optimize operational and support processes

Job Qualifications
  • 7+years of equivalent practical experience

  • Hands-on configuration in Gainsight and Microsoft Dynamics platforms.

  • Experienced with Agile Scrum Methodology and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence (Wiki), SharePoint, etc.

  • Ability to remain calm while effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment
