Associate Legal Counsel

We’re looking for an experienced Associate Legal Counsel to join our team at Adobe. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional with a passion for legal analysis and advising. As an Associate Legal Counsel, you’ll be responsible for providing legal advice and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our business teams, providing guidance and support on legal matters. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments to ensure legal strategies are in-line with business objectives.To be successful in this role, you must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and at least three years of experience practicing law in a corporate setting. You must also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to problem solve. Strong research and writing skills are a must, as is the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities for Associate Legal Counsel:

1. Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Serve as a trusted advisor to business teams, providing guidance and support on legal matters.
3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal strategies are in-line with business objectives.
4. Research and analyze legal issues and provide clear, concise, and accurate legal opinions.
5. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
6. Monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and outside counsel.
9. Provide counsel and advice to teams regarding intellectual property.
