Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Creative Direction And Management, With A Minimum Of 5 Years In A Similar Role At A Reputable Company In The Technology Or Creative Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Creative Campaigns And Strategies, With A Strong Understanding Of Adobe's Products And Services.

  • Excellent Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Designers And Creatives.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Other Teams Such As Marketing, Product, And Sales.

  • Knowledge And Expertise In Various Design Software And Tools, Such As Adobe Creative Cloud, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Design Principles And Trends.
