  1. Develop and drive innovative strategies for the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) product, in line with the company's overall vision and goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize customer needs, and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  3. Lead the product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and functionality.
  4. Conduct thorough market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform product strategy and roadmap.
  5. Act as the main point of contact for all AEM related inquiries and provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  7. Define and communicate clear product vision, goals, and roadmap to all relevant teams, stakeholders, and executives.
  8. Work closely with the development team to create and maintain detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  9. Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, to ensure alignment and efficient execution of product plans.
  10. Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning within the product team and across the organization.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on AEM, providing guidance and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  12. Stay up-to-date on the latest AEM features and capabilities, and identify opportunities to leverage them for product enhancements.
  13. Continuously assess and improve the product development process, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and quality.
  14. Represent the company and the AEM product at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
  15. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues that may impact the product's success, and develop mitigation plans accordingly.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Adobe Experience Manager (Aem): The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Working Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With Aem, Including Its Features, Functionalities, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodology: As A Product Owner, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Agile Methodology And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Prioritize Product Backlog, Conduct Sprint Planning, And Lead Scrum Ceremonies.
