  1. Define and prioritize product features for the AEM platform based on market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to ensure the successful delivery of AEM solutions.
  3. Use your in-depth knowledge of AEM to guide the team in making technical decisions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  4. Lead Agile teams in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure timely and efficient delivery of product features.
  5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
  6. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback on product features.
  7. Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of AEM solutions before release.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital marketing and AEM to continuously enhance the product.
  10. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment and serve as a mentor to team members to promote professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Adobe Experience Manager (Aem) Platform, Including Hands-On Experience With Developing And Implementing Aem Solutions.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Web Development Languages Such As Html, Css, And Javascript, As Well As Experience With Front-End Frameworks Like Angular Or React.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Prioritizing Product Backlogs, Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver High-Quality Products On Time.

  • Deep Understanding Of Digital Marketing And Content Management Best Practices, With The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.
