Operations Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join Admiral Group as an Operations Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic organisation and make an impact on our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting data to identify trends and provide insights for operational improvement. You will be expected to support operational teams with the implementation of initiatives and be a champion of operational excellence.The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, a creative problem-solving approach and excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, results-oriented and able to work independently. The successful candidate will have: • A degree in a related field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or similar• At least two years' experience in a similar role• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel• Knowledge of SQL and other data tools (Power BI, Tableau)• Experience using data visualisation tools• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• A logical approach to problem solving and a passion for data
