Head of Underwriting

At Admiral Group, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Underwriting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire underwriting process across all of our business areas. You will lead the underwriting team to ensure that the underwriting process is efficient, cost effective and compliant with industry regulations.We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in leading an underwriting team. You must have an in-depth knowledge of underwriting processes, an excellent understanding of financial markets, and experience in developing underwriting strategies. You must also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to think critically and make decisions quickly.Additionally, we are looking for a leader who is passionate about developing and managing a high-performing team.
