Job Description

At Admiral Group, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Chapter Lead - Claims to join our Claims team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, leading and motivating a team of claims professionals, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and claims handling.QualificationsWe are looking for an individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in claims handling and a minimum of 3 years as a manager/supervisor in a claims-related role. You must possess excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills and be a team player who is highly self-motivated with a strong commitment to excellence. You should have experience in customer service and claims administration and be able to interpret claims data and provide meaningful analysis.We are seeking a professional who has a strong attention to detail, is able to work independently and is able to consistently meet deadlines. You must also possess strong customer service and people management skills.If you have a passion for leading and motivating teams to deliver the highest levels of customer service and claims handling, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
