Virtual Technical Sourcer Recruiter

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Virtual Technical Sourcer Recruiter job. In this role, you will successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline. You will set benchmarks and prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. You'll utilize strong skills in candidate generation and client/account management to identify and hire top talent. Managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. Proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
