
Site Lead Human Resource Business Partner
Provide strategic HR generalist support, leadership and direction in handling a variety of employee relations issues for BU and GF client groups represented at the site. Provide counsel and guidance on the development of employee related plans; coach and counsel employees and management in problem solving situations regarding employee relations issues, performance problems, etc.; and interpret, analyze and respond to the needs and complex problems of managers and employees, which directly influence the morale and success of the business unit/group function. Serve as regional subject matter expert in at least two of the following areas: labor relations, compensation administration, change management, organizational development, employee and leader development, diversity and inclusion, HR controlling, and/or HRIS administration. Provide training (e.g., Harassment Awareness, Diversity, etc.) and/or identifies appropriate employee development activities in support of identified client group needs.
Professional certification required (PHR, SPHR, GHR); SPHR preferred
Previous experience in a manufacturing plant or industrial environment and/or collective bargaining unit is highly preferred.
Minimum of eight to ten years of progressive Human Resources generalist experience
