Representative - Customer Service

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service Representative job in Santa Ana, CA! Handles property & casualty related customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems. Provides customers with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium. Respond to inbound inquiries from potential or current insurance policy holders, national insurance companies and agencies, or national lenders referring business. Builds ongoing relationships. Quote and bind P&C policies and related products. Provide customer service to multiple P&C product queues. Adheres to compliance guidelines for the National Flood Insurance Program. Maintains working knowledge of new products. Position will sit remote during COVID until normal operations
