
Onsite Staffing Supervisor
Because as an Adecco Client Delivery Supervisor you’re a champion of our temporary associates’ needs. You ensure they have a positive experience throughout the life cycle of their work assignments. While walking the floors of our client, you’ll become a listening ear, answer questions, direct onboarding, implement engagement programs, provide feedback, and acclimate people to the client’s culture and expectations. People champion: builds relationships, interacts positively with all levels of people. Achievement oriented: thrives in fast paced, high-volume environments, exceeds goals, lifelong learner. Productivity expert: self-motivated, sets priorities, meets deadlines, handles multiple tasks simultaneously.
Minimum of two to five years managerial or supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred
Must have a proven track record – measured by customer satisfaction service levels
Problem solver: identifies challenges, proactively seeks and recommends creative solutions
