Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning and overseeing the work of maintenance staff and efficient operations of the facility. Create and maintain preventive maintenance program for all machines, hand tools, and build fixtures. Troubleshoot problems with equipment set-ups/operations. Schedule calibration set-up and maintenance of testing and manufacturing equipment, along with maintaining all calibration records. Set-up/verify modifications of jobs. Install and set-up all new equipment. Responsible for MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) program maintenance and updates. Responsible for Environmental Hazardous Waste and Recycling programs. Design and or build fixtures for assembly and component prep. Maintain problematic parts and inventory along with ordering replacement tooling and equipment. Plant modifications/repair/coordinate for new equipment Set-up and plan all major machine repairs.
