
IT Help Desk
The IT Help Desk job requires candidates to provide on-site technical support for the company’s clients. Responsibilities for the IT Help Desk job include but are not limited to:
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain new computer systems, software, and hardware
- Problem-solve new issues, and escalate them to the appropriate contact
- Provide excellent customer service
- Document all processes as directed
- Other duties as assigned
2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Basic knowledge of: DNS, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, TCP/IP, etc.
Solid knowledge of information technology
