HR Generalist
Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a HR Generalist position in Greensburg, PA. Ensuring compliance with local, State, and Federal HR regulations and company policies. Providing consulting services, guidance and advice to employees on human resources practices, policies, procedures, and matters. Advising leaders in appropriate resolution of employee relations matters. Conducting recruiting, job posting, interviewing, testing, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding, including maintaining staffing data to establish history and trends, and to develop staffing projections. Performing reporting and analysis on various types of HR data.
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience required.
Prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands, while maintaining a strong attention to detail
Experience providing customer-focused support, both internally and externally
Basic knowledge of Federal, State and local HR regulations
SPHR/PHR certification preferred
