Review solutions to ensure privacy policies are correctly implemented to ensure compliance with legal forms of data use as well as supporting business use of data. Collaborate with solution implementation/development teams to follow Privacy by Design principles during implementation/development and ensure that the data use meets established regulatory compliance needs. Interact with internal privacy program managers, product development teams, legal, compliance, governance and data protection teams. Interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications to new or existing solutions. Perform privacy assessments to identify and mitigate risks. Document solution implementations for review submissions.
Experience or understanding of software applications design and supporting infrastructure.
2-3 years' experience in privacy / data protection
CIPT certification or similar certification (will be an added advantage)
