Customer Service Worker
We’re looking for long-term Customer Service Worker to join the amazing team at a local client. Here’s a preview of what you’ll be working on as a Customer Service Worker:
- Identify and resolve complaints
- Use a computer system to track customer interactions
- Record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
1-2 years related experience
6 months previous inbound call center experience
Must have 100% flexibility, shifts will be assigned after training concludes
