Client Delivery Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a client delivery supervisor position located in Lynchburg, VA. In this role, you will be working onsite for a large distribution center and you will be the main point of contact / coordinator for our client onsite team. Recruiting to fill the openings within the distribution center through innovative sourcing and recruiting techniques. Managing candidates through the application process – sourcing, interviewing, onboarding. Manage day to day associate activities within the distribution center – monitor attendance, performance, counsel as needed, exit interviews, terminations. Interact with client supervisors and HR department.
