Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Catalog Specialist job. Maintain copyright registration process, execution, and reporting. Taking data about the book and going on the libraries to fill out the data according to their SOP. They will need to have the copy of the book sent to them. Need to register each book within 90 days of publishing. Create and manage recurring audits on title metadata, act on findings as necessary, and report audit progress against goals to support team activities. Since we are needing to do the feed, we need to confirm that all the data is correct so we can send this to the client. They will be working in Excel the most of the time. Formulas will be important for them to know (v-lookups, pivot tables). Will need to be comfortable looking at data quality. Great to have someone who is form the book industry.
