As a Call Center Representative with our client, you will work independently to achieve daily goals. Primary responsibilities include:
- Conduct interviews without violating confidentiality
- Locate patients and contacts who may be difficult to reach or reluctant to engage in conversation
- Refer individuals or situations to medical, social, or supervisory resources
Job Qualifications
Some medical background (CNA, MA, Medical Admin, Medical Biller/Coder, etc.)
Understanding of patient confidentiality and spread of infectious disease
