- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ActiveCampaign's sales processes and operations.
- Utilize data analysis to identify areas for improvement in sales operations and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to identify and implement process improvements.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and provide insights to leadership.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to aid in decision-making and resource allocation.
- Identify and recommend tools and technologies to streamline and optimize sales operations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain sales process documentation and assist in training new sales team members.
- Identify and implement changes to improve data integrity and accuracy in sales systems.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in sales operations.
- Lead and support special projects as assigned by management.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of sales operations processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Sales Operations Or Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Experience With Crm Systems And Data Analysis Tools.
