
Manager, Customer Success (Onboarding)
We are seeking a talented manager to oversee the Onboarding team within our Customer Success department. As a manager on the Onboarding team, you will be responsible for hiring and developing a team of onboarding specialists, achieving regional quotas, driving product adoption and customer satisfaction, and collaborating with other teams across ActiveCampaign. Design and implement data structures that effectively assess customer reach and engagement to accelerate time to value and product adoption. Demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning technical software products including ActiveCampaign and app partners in the marketing and sales technology space. Establish and communicate clearly defined team and individual performance goals to ensure productivity and quality of the team’s customer interactions. Ensure customer retention through an impactful and efficient onboarding experience, quick product adoption, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
3+ years experience in leading customer-facing teams, preferably in a SaaS environment
Experience with onboarding, professional services or involvement in customer success programs
Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
