  3. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  4. Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations to understand their business goals and challenges.
  5. Effectively communicate the value and benefits of ActiveCampaign's products and services to potential customers.
  6. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and functionalities of our solutions.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive successful sales outcomes.
  8. Utilize sales tools and technology to manage leads, track progress, and report on sales activities and results.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  10. Represent ActiveCampaign at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and promote our products and services.
  11. Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Continuously improve sales processes and strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights with colleagues.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Sales Experience: A Growth Sales Representative At Activecampaign Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales, Preferably In A High-Growth Environment. This Includes Experience In Outbound Prospecting, Lead Generation, And Closing Deals.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The Role Of A Growth Sales Representative Requires Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Articulate The Value Proposition Of Activecampaign's Products And Services To Potential Customers.

  • Knowledge Of Crm And Sales Tools: Activecampaign Is A Leading Crm Platform, So Candidates For This Role Should Have Experience And Proficiency With Crm Software And Other Sales Tools. This Includes Understanding How To Use Data And Analytics To Drive Sales Performance.

  • Technical Aptitude: As A Growth Sales Representative, It Is Important To Have A Strong Technical Aptitude And The Ability To Learn And Understand Complex Software Products. This Will Allow You To Effectively Communicate With Potential Customers And Address Any Technical Questions Or Concerns They May Have.

  • Passion For Growth And Learning: Activecampaign Is A Rapidly Growing Company, And The Growth Sales Representative Role Requires Someone Who Is Passionate About Driving And Contributing To That Growth. This Includes A Desire To Continuously Learn And Improve Sales Strategies And Techniques.
