We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Lifecycle Growth & Revenue to join our growing team.As the Director of Lifecycle Growth & Revenue, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement lifecycle marketing programs that will enhance the customer journey and drive business growth.To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through customer lifecycle management. You should be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.   1. Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement lifecycle marketing programs.
  3. Enhance the customer journey through targeted and personalized marketing efforts.
  4. Analyze customer data and behaviors to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  5. Lead and inspire a team to execute on strategies and meet revenue goals.
  6. Monitor and track key performance metrics to measure the success of lifecycle marketing programs.
  7. Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize customer lifetime value.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate our lifecycle marketing efforts.
  9. Develop and manage budgets for lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  10. Present data and insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making and drive strategic growth initiatives.
  11. Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement to drive results.
  12. Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  13. Represent ActiveCampaign as a thought leader in the customer experience and growth space.
  14. Uphold the company's values and mission in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Executing Growth Strategies For Saas Companies, With A Focus On Customer Lifecycle And Revenue Optimization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Significant Revenue Growth And Customer Retention Through Data-Driven Decision Making And Experimentation.

  • Strong Understanding Of Marketing Automation Platforms, Crm Systems, And Customer Analytics Tools, With The Ability To Leverage Them To Drive Growth And Revenue.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Manage And Mentor A High-Performing Growth Team.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Latest Trends And Best Practices In Customer Acquisition, Engagement, And Retention, And The Ability To Apply Them To Drive Sustainable Growth For The Company.
