  1. Assist clients in the onboarding process and provide guidance and support throughout.
  2. Educate clients on the features and functionality of our marketing automation platform.
  3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  4. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  6. Create and maintain documentation and resources to assist clients in the onboarding process.
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the onboarding process.
  8. Proactively reach out to clients to ensure they are utilizing the platform to its full potential.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and support to build strong relationships with clients.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and updates to effectively assist clients.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for ActiveCampaign and promote our platform to potential clients.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  13. Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  14. Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics.
  15. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
