Manufacturing Research Associate

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, team orientated individual to join the manufacturing team to participate in the production and quality control of cell & molecular biology assays. Produce buffers, label and aliquot components for assays. Run ELISAs, PCR, qPCR, ChIP and Western Blots to validate production quality. Bacterial culture, including expression and purification of tagged proteins. Make detailed observations, analyze data, and interpret results. Maintain complete and thorough lab notebook. Ensure availability of materials and equipment to carry out experiments. Maintain accurate, detailed records, and present updates to managers and project team.
