QA Specialist

This position will support the Quality Assurance department in maintaining, improving and ensuring compliance of specific quality system elements. Review and evaluate complaints to ensure appropriate actions. Lead cross-departmental efforts to resolve customer concerns and questions. Review and approve investigation and risk assessments. Facilitate CAPA meetings and prepare CAPA documentation for review. Monitors CAPA tasks due dates and ensures their on-time closure. Maintains company’s ASL. Generates and maintains approved supplier’s files and records. May lead internal audits. Assist in collecting information for incidents/recalls/notifications, as needed. Support management review.
