Warehouse Supervisor

1. Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular inventory audits.
3. Monitor and track warehouse productivity and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes and procedures as needed.
4. Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they are following safety protocols and adhering to company policies and procedures.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, including coordinating with purchasing and sales teams.
6. Implement and maintain a system for organizing and tracking warehouse stock and supplies.
7. Ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, and that all shipments are properly packaged and labeled.
8. Troubleshoot any issues or delays in order processing and shipping, and work to resolve any customer complaints or concerns.
9. Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
10. Conduct regular performance evaluations of warehouse staff and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
11. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among warehouse staff.
12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in warehouse management, and make recommendations for improvements and updates to warehouse processes.
13. Adhere to all company and safety policies and procedures, and ensure that warehouse staff are also following these guidelines.
14. Complete any other tasks or projects as assigned by management.
