- Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Monitor and track warehouse operations to ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet company standards.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
- Coordinate with other team members to fulfill orders and manage daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management and work towards timely resolutions.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement them to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of all warehouse activities, including inventory counts and incoming/outgoing shipments.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Experience In Warehouse Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Warehouse Setting, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Includes Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Receiving And Shipping Procedures, And Equipment Operation.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills: A Warehouse Specialist Must Be Able To Efficiently Manage Their Time And Prioritize Tasks. This Includes The Ability To Maintain Accurate Records, Track Inventory Levels, And Meet Deadlines For Shipments And Deliveries.
Physical Strength And Stamina: This Role Involves Physically Demanding Tasks Such As Lifting And Moving Heavy Objects, Standing For Extended Periods, And Operating Equipment. Candidates Should Be In Good Physical Condition And Able To Perform These Tasks Safely.
Attention To Detail: Warehouse Specialists Are Responsible For Ensuring The Accuracy Of Inventory Records And Orders. They Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Spot Discrepancies Or Errors In Orders And Inventory Counts.
Forklift Certification: Many Warehouse Operations Require The Use Of Forklifts To Move And Stack Products. Candidates With A Valid Forklift Certification Will Have An Advantage In The Hiring Process And Will Be Able To Start Working Immediately Without Additional Training.
