  1. Coordinate and schedule deliveries of products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure accurate and complete preparation of orders for delivery, including proper packaging and labeling.
  3. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper inventory levels and product availability for deliveries.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to facilitate smooth and safe delivery operations.
  5. Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays or issues.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to deliveries with professionalism and prompt resolution.
  7. Keep track of delivery records and maintain accurate documentation.
  8. Train and supervise warehouse and delivery staff to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
  9. Monitor delivery vehicles for maintenance needs and coordinate repairs as necessary.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while handling and delivering products.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and purchasing, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Ace Hardware by providing exceptional customer service and representing the company in a professional manner.
  14. Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  15. Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Warehouse Operations: The Warehouse-Delivery Coordinator Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Warehouse Operations, Including Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, And Shipping And Receiving Processes.

  • Knowledge Of Delivery Procedures: This Role Requires The Candidate To Have A Good Understanding Of Delivery Procedures, Including Scheduling, Routing, And Tracking Shipments. They Should Also Be Familiar With Handling And Documenting Delivery-Related Paperwork.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: As A Warehouse-Delivery Coordinator, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Coordinating Multiple Delivery Schedules And Managing Inventory Levels. Excellent Organizational Skills Are Essential To Ensure Timely And Accurate Deliveries.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Coordinate With Warehouse Staff, Delivery Drivers, And Customers. They Should Also Be Able To Handle Any Delivery-Related Issues Or Complaints Effectively.

  • Forklift Certification: Ace Hardware Requires All Its Warehouse-Delivery Coordinators To Have A Forklift Certification. This Ensures The Candidate Is Trained To Operate A Forklift Safely And Efficiently, Which Is Essential For Handling Heavy And Bulky Items In The Warehouse.
