- Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners in assigned territory.
- Act as the main point of contact for all retail partners and provide exceptional customer service.

- Train and educate retail partners on product features, benefits, and promotions.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Extensive Sales Experience: A Territory Manager At Ace Hardware Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales, Preferably Within The Hardware Or Home Improvement Industry. This Experience Should Include Both Managing And Growing Sales Within A Specific Territory.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Territory Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Sales Representatives And Ensuring They Are Meeting Their Goals. This Requires Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members, As Well As Make Strategic Decisions For The Territory.
