As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our retail partners in your designated territory.   1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners in assigned territory.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for all retail partners and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals.
  4. Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability, placement, and presentation meet company standards.
  5. Train and educate retail partners on product features, benefits, and promotions.
  6. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.
  8. Monitor competitor activity and make recommendations to stay competitive in the market.
  9. Communicate regularly with internal teams to provide updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  10. Travel within assigned territory to attend trade shows, meetings, and other events to represent the company and promote our products.
  11. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market trends.
  12. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A Territory Manager At Ace Hardware Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales, Preferably Within The Hardware Or Home Improvement Industry. This Experience Should Include Both Managing And Growing Sales Within A Specific Territory.

This Knowledge Will Help You Make Informed Decisions And Effectively Sell Ace Hardware's Products To Customers.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Abilities: Territory Managers Are Often Responsible For Managing A Large Territory And Multiple Sales Representatives. This Requires Strong Organizational Skills To Effectively Manage Schedules, Appointments, And Resources.
