Talent Acquisition Manager

Help support training and development of Recruiters and drive sourcing and recruiting methodology. Manage resources and provides direction for prioritizing workload within segment to ensure attainment of service level expectations. Work as part of a team on talent acquisition projects and drive continuous improvement efforts. Manage a recruitment load, overseeing all components involved in the recruiting process from the intake meeting to the completion of the search partnering with various departments. Provide outstanding internal and external service, negotiation and closing skills. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; evaluation assessments; comparing qualifications and competencies to job requirements (responsibility for a small requisition load).
