As a Store Planner, you will play a critical role in the success of our stores by designing and implementing functional and aesthetically pleasing store layouts.   1. Design and implement functional and visually appealing store layouts for Ace Hardware stores.
  2. Utilize creativity and analytical skills to develop innovative store layout solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand store needs and objectives.
  4. Conduct store assessments to identify opportunities for improvement in layout and design.
  5. Develop and maintain store layout guidelines and standards.
  6. Utilize knowledge of retail operations to ensure efficient use of space and maximize sales potential.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in store layout and design.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of store layouts.
  9. Use problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that arise during the store layout process.
  10. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of store planning.
  11. Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Retail Store Design And Layout Principles: A Store Planner At Ace Hardware Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of How To Design A Store Layout That Maximizes Space Utilization, Product Visibility, And Customer Flow.

  • Proficiency In Autocad And Other Design Software: The Ability To Create Detailed And Accurate Store Layouts Using Design Software Is An Essential Qualification For A Store Planner At Ace Hardware.
