- Collaborate with the store management team to understand the store's goals and objectives, and create a plan to achieve them through effective store layout and design.
- Design and plan store layouts that are visually appealing, organized, and conducive to a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess and make necessary adjustments to the layout and placement of merchandise.
- Utilize knowledge of customer flow and buying patterns to strategically place products in high-traffic areas of the store.
- Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams to create cohesive and visually appealing displays that promote featured products and sales.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are displayed in an organized and visually appealing manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in store planning and merchandising to continually improve the customer shopping experience.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source and acquire new fixtures and displays that enhance the overall store design.
- Train and mentor store staff on store layout and visual merchandising techniques to ensure consistent and effective execution.
- Conduct research and analyze data to make data-driven decisions on store layout and product placement to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree In Interior Design, Architecture, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Retail Store Planning Or Design.
Proficiency In Autocad, Sketchup, And Other Design Software.
Strong Understanding Of Store Layout Optimization, Product Placement, And Visual Merchandising.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills To Coordinate With Various Stakeholders, Including Store Managers, Merchandisers, And Construction Teams.
