  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute store layout plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct site visits and analyze data to determine the most effective use of space and traffic flow in each store.
  3. Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and drive sales.
  4. Utilize industry knowledge and trends to create innovative and attractive store designs.
  5. Ensure all store layouts comply with company standards and guidelines.
  6. Work closely with store managers to understand their needs and incorporate them into store designs.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to source materials and fixtures for store layouts.
  8. Utilize AutoCAD or other software to create detailed store layouts and designs.
  9. Monitor and analyze store performance data to make recommendations for layout improvements.
  10. Stay updated on industry advancements and technology to continuously improve store planning processes.
  11. Train and mentor junior store planners to ensure consistency and quality in store layouts.
  12. Act as a liaison between corporate headquarters and individual store locations to communicate and implement store layout changes.
  13. Ensure all store layouts are completed within specified timelines and budget constraints.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized records of all store layouts and designs.
  15. Adhere to all safety and compliance standards in store planning processes.

  • Time Management And Project Management Skills: With Multiple Store Locations And Projects To Manage, A Store Planner Must Be Highly Organized, Able To Prioritize Tasks, And Meet Tight Deadlines To Ensure The Timely Completion Of Store Renovations And New Store Openings.
