  1. Develop and implement store layout plans that align with company standards and guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with store managers and merchandising teams to ensure that store layouts are optimized for sales and customer experience.
  3. Conduct regular site visits to assess store layout and make necessary adjustments.
  4. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about store layout changes.
  5. Utilize knowledge of retail trends and customer behavior to create visually appealing and functional store displays.
  6. Maintain accurate records of store layouts and changes made.
  7. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and materials needed for store displays.
  8. Train and guide store employees on proper store layout and display techniques.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment based on store layout and display needs.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for innovative store layouts and displays.
  11. Conduct research and stay informed about competitors' store layouts and displays.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in store layouts across all locations.
  13. Adhere to safety regulations and ensure all store layouts and displays are compliant.
  14. Participate in meetings and presentations to share updates and recommendations for store layouts.
  15. Continuously seek out ways to improve store layout and display processes to increase efficiency and sales.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Interior Design, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Retail Store Planning, Preferably In The Hardware Industry.

  • Proficient In Autocad And Other Design Software.

  • Strong Understanding Of Store Layout Optimization, Merchandising, And Visual Merchandising Principles.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
