Ace Hardware is currently seeking a knowledgeable and friendly Department Specialist for our Store 64 location. As a Department Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases and providing expertise in a specific department. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers that visit Store 64 location.
  2. Utilize knowledge and expertise in hardware and home improvement products to assist customers with their purchases.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert in a specific department, providing guidance and recommendations to customers.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by Ace Hardware.
  5. Assist in maintaining inventory levels and organizing merchandise in designated department.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
  7. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience by anticipating and addressing customer needs.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
  10. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while handling and using hardware and home improvement products.
