1. Receive and process incoming shipments from vendors according to company procedures.
2. Inspect and verify the accuracy of received goods against purchase orders and shipping documents.
3. Organize and maintain the inventory of received goods in an efficient and organized manner.
4. Prepare and pack outgoing shipments to ensure safe and timely delivery to customers.
5. Communicate any discrepancies or damages in received or shipped goods to appropriate parties.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
8. Assist with inventory management and cycle counting to ensure accurate stock levels.
9. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues related to shipments.
10. Follow all safety and security protocols when handling and moving merchandise.
11. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to shipping and receiving.
