1. Receive and process incoming shipments from suppliers and vendors.
2. Verify accuracy of received goods and ensure that they are in good condition.
3. Label and stock received items in designated areas.
4. Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
5. Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding any discrepancies or issues with shipments.
6. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking and packing items according to established procedures.
7. Ensure that all outgoing shipments are accurately labeled and properly packaged.
8. Coordinate with carriers and schedule shipments for timely delivery.
9. Maintain a clean and organized receiving and storage area.
10. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting any discrepancies.
11. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
12. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling and storing inventory.
13. Identify and report any damaged or defective items in incoming or outgoing shipments.
14. Continuously monitor and improve shipping and receiving processes for increased efficiency.
15. Uphold company standards and values, including excellent customer service and teamwork.
