As a member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, gain valuable retail experience, and contribute to the success of our store.   1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
  3. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are stocked and displayed properly.
  6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve any issues or concerns.
  8. Continuously learn and improve knowledge of products and services offered.
  9. Attend and actively participate in training and meetings.
  10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  11. Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring proper documentation and security.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members.
  13. Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Customer Service Skills: A Seasonal Sales Associate At Ace Hardware Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Provide Exceptional Customer Service. This Includes The Ability To Greet And Assist Customers, Answer Their Questions, And Recommend Products.

  • Knowledge Of Hardware Products: Candidates Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Hardware Products Such As Tools, Home Improvement Items, And Outdoor Equipment. This Includes Being Able To Identify Products, Their Uses, And Provide Recommendations To Customers.

  • Physical Ability: As A Seasonal Sales Associate, Candidates Must Be Able To Stand, Walk, And Lift Heavy Items For Extended Periods Of Time. They Should Also Have The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Handle Multiple Tasks At Once.

  • Availability: Seasonal Sales Associates Are Required To Work During Peak Business Hours, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. Candidates Should Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Willing To Work Overtime During Busy Periods.
