- Greet and welcome customers to Ace Hardware with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and assisting with purchases.
- Learn about new products and promotions and effectively communicate this information to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive shopping experience for customers.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Ace Hardware's policies and procedures and adhere to them at all times.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge to better serve customers.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Take on additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the store.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Seasonal Sales Associate At Ace Hardware Should Have Exceptional Customer Service Skills To Provide A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.
Knowledge Of Hardware Products: Applicants Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Hardware Products And Their Uses In Order To Assist Customers With Their Purchases.
Sales Experience: Previous Sales Experience Is Preferred For This Role, As The Associate Will Be Responsible For Promoting And Selling Products To Customers.
