1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, building relationships, and addressing their needs and concerns.
3. Assist customers in finding products and solutions for their home improvement needs.
4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
5. Work as part of a team to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
6. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and displays.
8. Communicate with customers about promotions, sales, and product information.
9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall shopping experience.
10. Attend training sessions and stay updated on new products and services.
11. Work with a positive attitude and be willing to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
12. Take ownership of any customer complaints or concerns and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
13. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
14. Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
