We are currently seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Seasonal Associates. As a Seasonal Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring our store is well-stocked and organized. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to learn.   1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, ensuring a friendly and positive shopping experience.
  2. Assist customers in finding and purchasing products that meet their needs.
  3. Provide knowledgeable and helpful advice to customers on products, services, and store layout.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
  5. Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed in a timely manner.
  8. Attend and actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and store policies.
  9. Proactively identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or store operations.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond in providing exceptional service.
  11. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working and shopping environment.
  12. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times, serving as a brand ambassador for Ace Hardware.
  13. Embrace the seasonal nature of the position and be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  14. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  15. Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and store operations.
