1. Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, making them feel welcome and valued.
2. Assist customers with locating products and providing product recommendations based on their needs.
3. Ensure that the store is well-maintained and that shelves are stocked and organized.
4. Operate cash registers and handle monetary transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Continuously maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and sales in order to provide accurate information to customers.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers.
8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both customers and fellow team members.
9. Participate in training and development opportunities in order to expand knowledge and skills.
10. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following all store policies and procedures.
11. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service and store operations.
13. Display a strong understanding of Ace Hardware's mission, values, and customer service standards.
14. Be punctual and reliable, arriving to work on time and completing tasks in a timely manner.
15. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and team members.
