Strong Communication Skills: A Sales Associate At Ace Hardware Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers To Understand Their Needs And Provide Helpful Product Recommendations.
Knowledge Of Hardware And Home Improvement Products: As A Sales Associate, You Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Products Sold At Ace Hardware, Such As Tools, Building Materials, And Gardening Supplies.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Successful Sales Associate Should Be Able To Provide Exceptional Customer Service, Including Addressing Customer Concerns Or Complaints In A Timely And Professional Manner.
Sales Experience: Previous Experience In A Sales Role, Particularly In A Retail Setting, Is Often Preferred For This Position. This Experience Can Demonstrate Your Ability To Meet Sales Goals And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
