3. Provide accurate and detailed information on products, pricing, and promotions.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
5. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively answer customer questions.
6. Proactively upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and meet store goals.
7. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
