Excellent Communication Skills: A Sales Associate Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Colleagues.
Knowledge Of Hardware Products: Candidates Should Have A Good Understanding Of Various Hardware Products, Including Tools, Building Materials, And Home Improvement Items, To Be Able To Assist Customers With Their Purchases.
Sales Experience: Candidates With Previous Sales Experience In A Retail Setting Would Be Preferred For This Role. This Includes Experience In Persuading Customers, Closing Sales, And Meeting Sales Targets.
