5. Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise, providing information about product features, and answering any questions they may have.
6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
7. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products and services to customers.
8. Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers.
10. Continuously learn about new products and industry trends to better assist customers.
11. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
12. Follow all store policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
13. Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about store promotions, policies, and procedures.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Ace Hardware brand.
15. Assist in other store tasks as needed, such as inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays.
